“Basant Panchmi” is an occasion which marks the advent of the spring season and is also celebrated to worship Saraswati, the Goddess of knowledge and wisdom. The day is all about prosperity energy and enlightenment. A special assembly was organized on 12th February, 2016 in the school premises. The spiritual significance of the day was conveyed through a colourful presentation of Saraswati Vandana. The children of the pre- school & pre – primary wing came dressed in yellow clothes, offered yellow coloured flowers to the Goddess and also brought yellow coloured food in their lunch box. The whole school assembled together to pray and attain blessings from Goddess Saraswati to reach the epitome of knowledge. The children enjoyed the day, enlightened by the blessings of Maa Saraswati.
